DJ Heinrich
Chris Haller
Chris grew up in a small town outside of New Haven, Connecticut, where his 23 years of industry experience began. Working his way through all fast-casual restaurant and bar positions, Chris became inspired to pack his bags, start a new chapter, and move across the country to Telluride, Colorado in 1999.
Once out west, Chris dove into the fine dining world. He was trained by former managers under Charlie Trotter at Allred’s and then moved to manager at an Italian cafe right on Main Street in beautiful Telluride.
After getting married in 2009, Chris made the move from the mountains to the Mile High City. While managing several concepts throughout Denver, Chris has gained overall knowledge in operations, accounting, and both BOH and FOH along with events coordination.
Hall & Worth is a combination of Chris’ skill sets over 23 years, and together with the Hall & Worth team, he expects to pleasantly surprise Broncos fans with their novel take on stadium food.
DJ Heinrich's culinary journey began in Wisconsin, where he grew up and landed his first restaurant job at Ground Round, sparking a passion for the hospitality industry. In 2014, he traded the lush landscapes of Wisconsin for the mountainous backdrop of Boulder, Colorado, to pursue his college education. While studying, DJ continued to hone his skills in various Boulder restaurants, embracing the city's vibrant food scene and expanding his culinary repertoire.
In 2019, DJ moved to Denver, where he worked at The Kitchen, a prominent farm-to-table restaurant, until the onset of the pandemic in 2020. Outside of his professional life, DJ is an avid bike rider, a fan of scary movies, and a devoted cat owner. He looks forward to providing “football food” to stadium-goers with his partners for years to come.
